For the Diocese of Olympia with Russ Crabtree and Holy Cow! Consulting

The Diocese of Olympia’s Comprehensive Strategic Review (CSR) 2012 has been completed. Russ Crabtree of Holy Cow! Consulting presented his final report to the 2012 annual Diocesan Convention. Information gleaned from the CSR will help leaders to guide future decisions about the mission and ministry of this diocese.

CSR Findings & Recommendations

In a video shown to focus group participants during the CSR, Bishop Greg Rickel reminded people that the past five years have been focused on three areas that Rickel brought with him to the diocese: congregational development, stewardship of all resources and focusing on people under age 35. The goal of this CSR, Rickel explained, is to shape “with your hands and hopefully our hands, the places we should focus in our next five years together.”
