Give bread to the people and let them eat
An interactive workshop on John 6 (the Bread of Life) & related lectionary texts appointed for July 29, August 5, 12, and 19. For preachers, educators, musicians, and all interested Christians
In this workshop, led by Samuel Torvend (PLU Religion and Priest Associate at St. Paul's Seattle), participants will explore the rich possibilities for preaching, praying, and living the many meal texts which appear at summertime in the Year of Mark. Fr. Torvend is the author of Daily Bread, Holy Meal: Opening the Gifts of Holy Communion
