Looking for practical ways to reduce your impact on the environment? Saint Mark’s Creation Care Ministry is hosting Climate Conversations about everyday things in our lives. These monthly conversations are held on environmentally-friendly Zoom on the first Tuesday evening of each month from 5:30–6:30 p.m. On Sept 6th Ruth Mulligan and Richard Hartung will lead the discussion, when the topic will be What You Can Do About Carbon Tracking. We will look specifically at the carbon tracker tool Presiding Bishop Michael Curry has encouraged the Episcopal Church to use at

We’ll discuss how the carbon tracker works, practical ways to use insights in the tracker to reduce your personal carbon emissions, and savings and benefits from the tracker. We’ll also share insights from people who use the tracker, discuss how to use it more effectively and look at opportunities to do more as a congregation.

And here’s what’s coming up in the next couple months:

October 4: What you can do about Transportation
November 1: What you can do about Investing Sustainably
