The Longest Night: Navigating Grief During the Holidays

December 21 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

You are invited to join at St. Timothy, Chehalis on Saturday, December 21 at 12:00pm for a simple meal and at 1:30pm for a worship service.

This event acknowledges the physical reality of the longest night and shortest day of the year on the winter solstice, as well as the darkness some experience emotionally in the midst of preparing for Christmas. If you are feeling concern or sadness due to illness, grief, loss, or personal and family issues during this holiday season, or want to support someone who is, come for a quiet time of conversation, worship and recognition of our need for hope and the coming Light of Christ. Special prayers and a time of remembrance will be offered along with Holy Eucharist, or communion. All are welcome.

For more information, contact the Rev. Kay Flores 307.265.6516.
