SUMMARY:2027 Holy Year Camino de Santiago Pilgrimages
DESCRIPTION:May 20 through October 1\, 2027 \nThe countdown to the 2027 Holy Year in Santiago de Compostela has begun! Walking the Camino during a Holy Year (when St. James’ Feast Day falls on a Sunday) will be a remarkable experience not only because pilgrims will be able to enter the Holy Doors of the Cathedral\, but also due to the many cultural and religious events planned along all the Camino routes. Because of the large number of pilgrims expected\, planning in advance is essential.\nI am offering two Holy Year pilgrimages along the Portuguese Camino—a ten-day pilgrimage May 20-29\, 2027 following the traditional Central Way and a twelve-day pilgrimage September 21-October 2\, 2027 on the Coastal Way. After arriving in Porto\, Portugal\, pilgrims will walk through the beautiful natural areas of Northern Portugal and Galicia\, Spain\, passing through the historical villages and towns of the region. Pilgrims will also have opportunities to learn more about and experience the culture\, history\, wine\, and food of the regions. Trip fee includes accommodation\, breakfast\, dinner\, luggage transfer\, orientation sessions\, guidebook\, wine tastings\, support vehicle and on-site guide. Group size is limited to 14 persons\, so early sign up is strongly encouraged and registration deadlines are in just few months! \nTwo information meetings via Zoom are scheduled for March 14 and 15. Registration links are below. \nTo register for the Saturday\, March 21\, 2026 information meeting at 5pm (GMT)\, Noon (CST)\, 1pm (EST)\, 10am (PST) click on this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/4z63gJiyTNOT2kG4rCxXEw. \nFor more information on the two 2027 pilgrimages\, click on this link: https://aspirartours.com/camino-flyers.

SUMMARY:Weekly Online Welcoming & Centering & Prayer
DESCRIPTION:Fridays\, starting September 19\, 12:00 pm \n$20 Suggested Donation to Sacred Waters \nWeekly Online Interspiritual Group Contemplative Practices beginning Friday\, September 19\, via Zoom. Welcoming Prayer meets Fridays from 12:00pm PT to 12:30pm PT. Centering Prayer meets Fridays from 12:30pm PT to approximately 1:00pm PT. Fee: $20/month for either or both sessions. Register to receive the Zoom link. \nThough contemplative practices are often thought of as solitary endeavors\, community is a very important component in supporting our individual intentions. Whether you’re an experienced contemplative or just starting to engage\, you’re welcome to join in! \nWelcoming Prayer is a method of consenting to God’s presence and action in our physical and emotional reactions to events and situations in daily life. The purpose of the Welcoming Prayer is to deepen our relationship with God through consenting in the ordinary activities of our day — “consent-on-the-go.” \nCentering Prayer is a receptive method of silent prayer that prepares us to receive the gift of contemplative prayer\, prayer in which we experience God’s presence within us\, closer than breathing\, closer than thinking\, closer than consciousness itself. \nFacilitator: Sylvia Sepulveda is a longtime longtime practitioner\, organizer\, and facilitator of contemplative group practices. She offers spiritual direction\, dreamwork\, retreats\, and art-based workshops through Secret Garden Practices (https://secretgardenpractices.com/).

SUMMARY:Come As You Are Eucharist
DESCRIPTION:Sundays\, 4:00 pm \nThe Come As You Are service is casual and welcoming. While it follows the structure of Anglican liturgy\, it’s designed for those who may have a hard time sitting still\, whether you’re a toddler or an octogenarian. This service creates opportunities for all to participate in worship\, either by moving between prayer stations\, hearing the Gospel told in story form\, engaging in an interactive sermon\, or gathering around the altar. It’s for people who have never been to church before\, and for anyone seeking a place to belong.

SUMMARY:Choral Evensong
DESCRIPTION:Sung at the close of day in Cathedrals and churches throughout the world\, Choral Evensong is a service of Evening Prayer\, derived from the ancient offices of Vespers and Compline. The choir sings the traditional evening prayers of the church that have been offered for centuries\, while the congregation listens\, joins in the hymns\, and adds their own prayers to those of the choir. It is an opportunity for peaceful meditation in the midst of a busy week. \nEvery Sunday at 5:30 pm. \nFollowed by a reception.
