SUMMARY:Summer Camp Staff Applications Now Open!
DESCRIPTION:Over the past several decades\, Seattle’s transformation into a major tech hub has grown its workforce while driving up housing costs and displacing many long-term residents. St. Luke’s Episcopal Church\, longtime anchor in the Ballard neighborhood\, witnessed this strain amidst the demands of ancient buildings and chose to redevelop completely. Following its participation in the inaugural Gift of Place cohort in 2020\, the church partnered with Trinity NYC to pursue a bold and mutually beneficial redevelopment of its campus. The project includes new space for St. Luke’s to worship and serve their community\, including affordable early childhood education. Altogether the two buildings provide 126 affordable and 164 market rate apartments. Trinity NYC supported this scope (more than tripling the church’s initial housing goal) with strategic advising and $475\,000 in predevelopment grants\, which spurred almost $2.1 million in donations toward a $2.5 million capital campaign. St. Luke’s Apartments (the first phase of the project) is now open with 84 units of affordable housing. Once completed\, the fully realized project will include an additional 206 mixed income housing units and sustainable new space for St. Luke’s worship and service\, including affordable childcare. St. Luke’s long-term financial stability will allow them serve families and neighbors for generations to come. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n You’re invited to the Grand Opening of St. Luke’s Apartments April 9\, 11:00 am to 12:30 pm \n \n \n \n \n Bishop Phil Labelle and Vicar Britt Olson will be among the speakers.2038 NW 58TH Street\, Seattle. SUMMARY:Weekly Online Welcoming & Centering & Prayer
SUMMARY:Cathedral Day 2026
DESCRIPTION:Over the past several decades\, Seattle’s transformation into a major tech hub has grown its workforce while driving up housing costs and displacing many long-term residents. SUMMARY:Anti-Racism Training
