This manual covers the “Exploring Vocations” phase of the discernment process. This was formerly known as “Phase 1”. As was communicated in 2025, this portion of the discernment process has been redesigned to provide a curriculum for exploring one’s sense of call and how it is expressed in a ministry context, which is completed within a church community.
