Todd Henderson
Canon for PropertyTodd has a 30+ year career in commercial real estate including industrial construction, property
inspections and a commercial real estate appraisals where he led a team of appraisal professionals
dedicated to the multifamily asset class across the United States. He has performed valuation
assignments on multiple property types for both institutional and private capital investment
properties, and has specialized experience with market rate and affordable/low-income
developments.
Todd holds a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license and is a designated member of the
Appraisal Institute. He served as a board member for various small local non-profit groups. Todd is a
long time member of the of the Church of the Ascension in Seattle where he has served on the
Vestry and is a lay eucharistic minister and reader.
