The challenges and joys of serving small congregations are unique. We want to begin regular conversation and resourcing for clergy serving our smaller congregations with a zoom gathering January 10 at 2:30 pm. There are many ways to define “small” for a congregation. It might mean clergy is not full time, or Average Sunday attendance is less than 75, or the congregation struggles to make ends meet because of budget shortfalls. If you consider your congregation to be “small,” this gathering is for you. The conversation will be facilitated by Alissa Newton, Canon for Congregational Development and Cristi Chapman, Rector of St. David’s, Friday Harbor.
