It’s that time of year! Annual Meeting means Vestry/Bishop’s Committee leadership are concluding their terms and sometimes it’s hard to let go. This two-part small group workshop on Zoom designed for faith community lay leaders who have concluded their term on a Vestry, Council, or Board and provides practical and spiritual support for this transition.

Part I (January 13) – Preparing for the transition. Participants will learn: Practical considerations, Identifying grief in letting go, Discovering your legacy, and Creating a plan to leave well.

Part II (March 16) – What is God calling me to now? Participants will learn: Exploring core values, Prayer practices for discernment, Practicing boundaries – How do I remain connected to be a resource and also give myself space?
