Young Adult Contemplative Retreat

Now in its second year, this casual retreat is designed for adults in their 20s and 30s who are seeking to experience an array of contemplative practices from a Taizé service to lectio divina to centering prayer. But it’s also a chance to be in community with other young adult seekers and to hike, be creative, and catch up on sleep.
The retreat center is situated on 39 acres of wooded land, right on the coast and just south of Seattle. $125/person for the whole weekend. All meals and private room/bath included. Or be a “day-tripper” and just participate on Saturday for $50. Scholarships are always available, write faithformation@ecww.org.
On the first evening of your retreat, you are welcome to arrive any time between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. The retreat will officially begin with dinner at 6:00 pm. The retreat will conclude at 11:00 am on Sunday following a contemplative Eucharist service.
