Saint Mark’s Music Series and the Northwest Edvard Grieg Society have come together to feature this Grammy-nominated, internationally-acclaimed vocal trio whose crystalline counterpoint will ring in every corner of Saint Mark’s naive.
The Tudor Choir, conducted by Doug Fullington will share a concert of choral works for Lent and Passiontide, filling Saint Mark’s with Tudor polyphony by Tallis, Byrd, Taverner, Sheppard, Fayrfax and more in anticipation of Holy Week.
Composed of principals of the Pacific Northwest Ballet Orchestra, violinists Michael Lim and Jennifer Caine, violist Alex Grimes, and cellist Page Smith, Cactet will perform works by women composers and selections from PNB’s repertoire.
