The Episcopal Diocese of Olympia is currently seeking a Stage Manager for their annual Diocesan Convention, November 6-9. The Stage Manager will be responsible for managing rehearsals in the convention space on Friday morning and coordinating between the main stage, the music and worship team, the AV team, the video and PowerPoint operator, and the electronic voting technician. The Stage Manager will also oversee a volunteer Assistant Stage Manager who will run the presentation stage in the downstairs exhibit hall and will find and guide upcoming speakers and presenters to the main stage.
Pay Rate: $25 per hour

- Thursday, November 7; 2:00-6:00pm: AV Set Up at Lynnwood Convention Center
- Friday, November 8, 8:00am-2:00pm: Rehearsals at Lynnwood Convention Center
- Friday, November 8, 2:00-7:00pm: Plenary Session at Lynnwood Convention Center
- Saturday, November 9, 8:00am-5:00pm: Plenary Session at Lynnwood Convention Center

The Assistant Stage Manager will be responsible for coordinating the presentation stage in the exhibition hall, including all AV elements for the presentation stage. The Assistant Stage Manager will also work with the Stage Manager during the plenary sessions to find and guide upcoming speakers and presenters to the main stage.
