It is a time of transition within our Diocese, and we have a new clergy transition to announce.
The Rev. Elizabeth Riley is delighted to join the people of St. Dustan’s, Shoreline, as their interim beginning April 1.
She began her ministry in the Diocese of Alaska, where she was raised and ordained. Elizabeth received her BA from Saint Mary’s College of California and her Master of Divinity from Church Divinity School of the Pacific. She served in the Diocese of California as an Associate at Trinity Church Menlo Park. For the last five years, she served as the rector of Emmanuel on Mercer Island.
Elizabeth is currently a Fellow with the Episcopal Church Foundation, exploring ministry and digital evangelism. She is a social media presence, particularly on TikTok, sharing the Good News of the Episcopal Church. She loves quilting and crafting, writing, and a good Netflix binge. Elizabeth and her three children live outside of Seattle; she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Please join us in welcoming The Rev. Riley to her new role in the Diocese, and keep all congregations experiencing transition in your prayers.
St Dunstan’s will be very blessed by Rev. Elizabeth and lucky to have her!
