The Commission for Multicultural Ministries is appointed by the bishop from members of Multicultural Ministry Groups (African American Committee, First Nations Committee, Indo-Hispanic Committee, Episcopal Asian Ministries Committee, Sudanese Ministry Committee, and Dismantling Racism Training Taskforce) to embrace and celebrate the diverse cultural and ethnic makeup of the Episcopal Church in Western Washington.
