The Commission on Personnel serves the Diocese of Olympia by providing assistance and advice to the Bishop, Convention, and Diocesan Council concerning compensation and employment guidelines applying to clergy and lay employees of the Diocese.
We are also available to advise clergy, vestries and bishop’s committees who seek our counsel.
