2026 Clergy Conference

10am Monday, April 27
to Noon Wednesday, April 29

What will we be doing?

This year’s Clergy Conference invites us all into something many of us are craving: space to breathe, to reconnect and be re-energized, and to remember that we do not carry the weight of ministry alone. Our place of retreat will be the beautiful Semiahmoo Resort—where everything is under one roof (praise Jesus) and the shoreline is just steps away. Expect ample unstructured time, gift bags and prizes, firepit conversations, sunset viewing, massages, kayaks and profound conversations.

Alongside rest, we will hold some intentional space for conversation and reflection on how to be clergy during this particularly troubling time in our world. How can we lead with courage, clarity, and pastoral wisdom in this moment?

We are also delighted to welcome The Rev. Dr. Stephen Shaver, former priest and friend of this diocese. He will lead a session exploring and supporting the richness of our liturgical life in the Pacific Northwest.

Registration is per person and includes:

2 to 3 nights of lodging (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) in queen rooms. If you’d like to come on Sunday evening to settle in or avoid an early Monday morning drive, we have a limited number of rooms available that will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
All meals from breakfast Monday through brunch on Wednesday (Monday breakfast for those staying overnight only).
**Please do not call to reserve a room – the Office of the Bishop is making arrangements based on your registration.**

Registration fees per person:
Overnight: $300
Commuters (no overnight lodging): $250
Registration deadline: Monday, April 20th
