January 17, 9:30 am – 2:00 pm
Due to high interest but lower sign ups than hoped, and a desire to make this retreat accessible to more people (both now and at a later date), we will be pivoting and offering a hybrid mini-version Saturday, 1/17, from 9:30 am – 2:00 pm with lunch included.
The mini-version will still happen on-site at Sacred Waters and on Zoom for those wanting to attend in-person or from home. Carpools from Seattle / Tacoma area will be available. With more relationship cultivation and church groups involved, we plan to offer a full weekend retreat later in the year (stay tuned for the date!).
On Saturday the 17th, we will:
- spend time in contemplative communion with Creation
- talk about your current or aspiring land/water-based work (Wild Church outside; rain, food, or pollinator gardens; eco-preaching; contemplative practices, etc!)
- discuss our church needs and a possible path forward for support and community (church grants, land-based coaching, church cohort program)
- Eat, pray, and spend time in Creation together!
Please sign up here if you’d like to participate. We apologize for the late change in plans and hope you (and those who couldn’t initially participate!) will still join on the 17th or for our future retreat. We were really looking forward to sinking into a wonderful weekend with you and look forward to planting and nurturing the seeds planted together into a fuller garden!
