Living Neighbor-Love Through Caring For Creation In A Changing Climate

Radical change is needed in the way we live on our Earth home. Please join St. James Cathedral and Dr. Judith Mayotte in a four-week series to explore how together we can write a new story of our relationship with nature so the Earth, humans and all creation can flourish together sustainably and peacefully. As we reflect on the Great Commandment of Love, we will see that many must “pick up their life and take it with them” (Langston Hughes) in a vast migration as human lifestyles tilt Earth beyond its capacity to sustain life for all. As architects of our lifestyles and the economic systems that support our lifestyles, we will consider how we can enable an economy and a way of living based on Earth’s ecological needs and capacity.

Possible Zoom option on request.
