Join Fr. Samuel Torvend, OblSB, in this engaging look at seven spiritual practices shaped by the English monastic tradition. We’ll consider how these practices serve as spiritual guides for people who live in cities and towns throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Fr. Torvend serves as the Priest Associate for Adult Faith Formation at St. Paul’s Seattle. He is the author of Monastic Ecological Wisdom: A Living Tradition (2023) and the forthcoming, Jesus in Nature: A Monastic Christology – both from the Liturgical Press.
