The chapel and sanctuary of St. John | San Juan Episcopal Church will be open to all for prayers and meditation on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5-8 p.m.

This fundraiser is being hosted at St. Thomas, Medina and benefits PorchLight, which provides safe shelter, essential services, and compassionate support to men in Bellevue and the surrounding Eastside communities.

During the holiday season, the Seattle Seafarers Center (The Mission to Seafarers) gives away over 1,000 "ditty bag" care packages to merchant seafarers. These small gifts are one way we welcome and care for seafarers during the holiday season, especially while seafarers are far away from their homes and families.

The event features unique gifts, handmade items, and a bake sale with gluten-free treats available. Santa Paws will return for holiday photos with pets, children, families, and individuals.

A brief, solemn service of evensong with chanted canticles and psalms, ancient hymns written by St. Thomas Aquinas, and a meditation on the incarnation of Christ with adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.

Celebrate the winter solstice with soul-warming music from Canada, Mexico, and the United States with Seattle Pro Musica’s “The Year's Midnight,” performed at St. John | San Juan Episcopal Church in Olympia on November 22.
Featured composers are Reena Esmail, Morten Lauridsen, Sarah Quartel, Caroline Shaw, David Garcia Saldana, Tomás Pascual and David MacIntyre.

Music at Epiphany presents two nights of George Frideric Handel's beloved oratorio Messiah, performed by the Epiphany Choir and an all-star Baroque orchestra on period instruments under the direction of Zach Hemenway, in the warm acoustics of Epiphany's church. Soloists: soprano Elijah McCormack, countertenor John Garlid, tenor Alex Longnecker and baritone Zachary Lenox.

Come sing or listen to the Christmas portion of G. F. Handel’s Messiah, under the direction of Dr. Jason Anderson, together with the Messiah Chamber Orchestra, comprised of local musicians from a variety of ensembles.
