The Bishop Transition Committee is pleased to share viewing details for the upcoming Meet & Greet sessions with the nominees for the Ninth Bishop of the Diocese of Olympia.
From April 29 through May 3, 2024, the Bishop Transition Committee and hosts from across the Diocese will hold five public live-streamed Meet & Greet sessions for the people of the Diocese to meet our bishop nominees.
During each session, every nominee will have approximately 20 minutes to answer questions presented by a moderator. Each Meet & Greet session will include different questions, and videos of all public sessions will be available for viewing on demand.
Each public Meet & Greet session will be live-streamed and recordings will be available on the Bishop Transition website.

- Monday, April 29: St. Stephen’s, Longview (7:00 pm-9:00 pm)
- Tuesday, April 30: St. Mary’s, Lakewood (7:00 pm-9:00 pm)
- Wednesday, May 1: Grace, Bainbridge (7:00 pm-9:00 pm)
- Thursday, May 2: St. Thomas, Medina (7:00 pm-9:00 pm)
- Friday, May 3: St. Paul’s, Bellingham (7:00 pm-9:00 pm)
The Meet & Greet session hosted by Circles of Color and the Clergy Luncheon are not live-streamed and not recorded.

Where’s the video from Monday night, 4.29.24?
It takes us little bit of time to get the footage from the individual churches, and to get captions and subtitles for the footage since we don’t run the live-streams from our office. We have just posted it to page and it should be live now. For future Meet & Greets, it will take between 24-48 hours for us to be able to have the footage hosted on our websites, depending on when we receive the finalized video files.
