Please join us in welcoming the Rev. McKenzi Roberson, who has been called to serve as Curate at St. Paul’s, Bellingham. McKenzi will begin that call on July 1, 2026.

The Rev. McKenzi Roberson (pronouns: they/them) is a fourth generation Pacific Northwesterner. After completing a master’s of Theology and Culture from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, McKenzi began discerning a call to holy orders. They eventually attended seminary in Sewanee, Tennessee, where they served as a chapel sacristan and founder of the unofficial Sabbath Committee. Following ordination, McKenzi spent several months serving as a curate at St. Peter’s, Seattle, and is currently working as an administrative coordinator for the Multicultural Ministries and Community Transformation office of the diocese.

If McKenzi can’t be found at church, on public transportation, wandering about in the woods, or on a grand adventure visiting friends and family, then they are probably at home under a soft blanket absorbed in a story, likely one filled with magic.

McKenzi can be reached at mckenzi.jo@gmail.com.

Keep McKenzi in your prayers as they prepare to begin their new call, along with all congregations and clergy in transition.
