An ecumenical service for personal peace and respite is being offered at Epiphany, Seattle by the Rev. Doyt Conn, Epiphany Parish Episcopal Church, the Rev. Reggie Avant, Madrona Grace Presbyterian Church, the Rev. J. P. Kang, Japanese Presbyterian Church, and the Rev. Lee Seese, Mount Baker Park Presbyterian Church, on Monday, November 4, at 7:00 pm, at Epiphany Episcopal Church 1805 38th Ave, Seattle. This meditative service is an invitation to find rest and peace during these tumultuous times. All are welcome.

Tenebrae

Latin for "Darkness," Tenebrae is an ancient service of prayer in which candles are gradually extinguished. The church grows increasingly dim as the congregation meditates on the final hours of Christ's life during Holy Week. The Epiphany Choir chants psalms and sings anthems that help to guide the congregation through the gradual fading of light in this powerful service on Wednesday of Holy Week.
