DoSPStarbucksA delegation from the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Philippines (EDSP) is currently touring our Diocese. The visit is part of our joint program “Caring for All Creation,” and our carbon offset program.

On Monday, they toured Pike Place Market to discover the locally grown produce, and were invited to ring the bell to open the market. Further activities are open to all and are in the link below. If you are interested in global mission and the challenges of climate change, we invite you to take this opportunity to meet members from our partner diocese and learn how they respond to human need and the challenge of climate change.

DoSPvisitorsThe EDSP delegation is led by Bishop Danilo Bustamante, accompanied by the dean of their newly constructed and dedicated cathedral, Father Johnny Labasan. Others in the delegation will be Sergio Bacas (Bong), development officer; Rosanne Imperial (Osang), social ministry coordinator; Felicidad de Guzman, instructor at the Upi Agricultural College and School; and Flora May Lobaton, evangelism program assistant.
