St. Andrew’s Seattle proudly presents a reading by award-winning poet Lena Khalaf Tuffaha on Sunday, August 24 at 11:30am. The Northwest writer’s volume of poetry, “Something About Living”, won the 2024 National Book Award. Born in Seattle but raised in Saudi Arabia and Jordan, Lena’s heritage is Palestinian, Jordanian, and Syrian, Her poems are inspired by the experience of crossing cultural, geographic and political borders. The reading at St. Andrew’s is part of our “Summer of Palestinian Visibility” lineup.
