Combining centering prayer, meditation, basic yoga principles, and other contemplative practices, explore ways to intentionally engage in stillness and reflection amidst the chaos of the holiday season.
No experience in yoga, meditation, or centering prayer is necessary and activities will be adaptable to all levels of comfort and ability.
