St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church presents the 3rd annual Gospel Fest on Saturday, September 20, 2025!
Gospel Fest Workshop: Saturday, September 20th 9am – 3pm, Lunch included.
The day will begin with a gospel music workshop for singers and musicians conducted by Barbara Johnson Tucker and Sam Jackson of Houston, Texas; Hedreich Nichols of Arlington, Texas; and Isaac Moshay of Austin, Texas. It is open to anyone who loves to sing and play gospel music, who wants to learn more about the genre, and who just wants to have a great experience with a lot of wonderful people.
Gospel Fest Concert: Saturday, September 20th at 7 pm
Participants from the earlier session will present a concert for the community, celebrating all that was learned that day. The concert is free and open to all.
Additionally, we encourage participants to return on Sunday morning to sing some of the concert songs at St. Margaret’s Leftover Sunday service at 10:00a. Please join us! The SPIRIT is willing.
